STIRR- Restaurant Review

I heard about STIRR a few times but I never really knew what kind of food or drinks they had or even what it looked like, so I was excited to try it out. I was not disappointed, and I am so looking forward to the next time I get to go.

This past week I went to a new restaurant in Addison, TX called STIRR. I’ve been wanting to try out new restaurants with good vibes and great food- and this place had that! I heard about STIRR a few times but I never really knew what kind of food or drinks they had or even what it looked like, so I was excited to try it out. I was not disappointed, and I am so looking forward to the next time I get to go.

Environment

Like I said, STIRR definitely has really good vibes: super chill and laid back which I love. I ate upstairs, so the view of the city was great. It was only one floor up but surprisingly you could see a lot of the surrounding area. They have these big floor to ceiling windows that open, and the weather was so nice with a little breeze, literally perfect.

I went about lunch time on a Monday so it wasn’t very packed. It was super calm and quiet with modern pop music playing in the background. They even played some throwbacks, which personally I really enjoyed.

Food and Drinks

I ordered the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and the Femme Fraise, and everything was delicious.

The Femme Fraise is a drink: Grey Goose, strawberry basil syrup, fresh lemon juice, served with half strawberry garnish. This drink was the perfect combination of sweet and strong. It paired with my flatbread really nicely. The only downside was that the drink cost the same as the flatbread so I only got one.

The Spicy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread: grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, smoked cheddar, red onion, micro celery, and blue cheese drizzle. It was amazing. I got it without blue cheese drizzle and added a side of ranch since this was spicy and I love dipping spicy food into ranch, definitely a Midwest thing haha. It was super thin, and the ratio of bread to toppings was perfect. And just the right amount of spice so I wasn’t burning my tongue off.

If you live in the area or are coming to visit Dallas soon you gotta check out STIRR. They have a location downtown Dallas too if you’re closer there than Addison. It’d be a great spot for a date, brunch with the girls, or grabbing a couple drinks on the weekend. Check it out and let me know what you think!
